SAN JOSE DEL CABO, MEXICO, POSTED FEBRUARY 9, 1998-- The waters around Cabo Pulmo contain the second largest coral reef on the Eastern Pacific Coast. During the winer months the prevailing winds are from the north, making calm water here a rarity.
